To be considered for employment as a Substitute Teacher, please contact (preferably via email) the Principal of the School at which you wish to teach to request a meeting. Please attach your cover letter and resume to your email request. You can find the contact information using our Faculty and Staff Directory.
After the Principal reviews your information and determines that an interview is desired, the School’s Administrative Assistant will schedule an onsite interview for you. You may follow-up on the status of your application by contacting the School’s Administrative Assistant for an update.
Before You Begin Working
If you are offered a position as a Substitute Teacher, you must complete our pre-employment process. You will be contacted by Human Resources to schedule a time to meet to go through your new hire paperwork.
Once all your new hire forms have been submitted, and the pre-employment requirements have been met, your employment will begin. As a Substitute Teacher at Francis Parker School, it is important that you keep an open line of communication with the School Division in order to stay informed of campus events and other important information.
