2012-2013 Online Re-enrollment

The invitations to re-enroll for the 2012-2013 academic year were emailed Friday morning, January 27, 2012. 

The emails were addressed to the financially responsible person (the one who receives the tuition statement). 

If you did not receive an email from "Francis Parker Re-Enrollment," please check your spam and/or junk mail files. 

If you need to change or update your primary email address, please contact MaryAnn Brakstad 858/569-7900, ext. 4114, mbrakstad@francisparker.org or Tera Gigax 858/569-7900 ext. 4128, tgigax@francisparker.org immediately.

The deadline to complete the online agreement and submit the advance deposit is Friday, February 10, 2012. It is important to meet this deadline in order to secure your student's enrollment for the 2012-2013 school year. Offers of enrollment cannot be guaranteed after this deadline. After that date we will release the places of those students whose re-enrollment agreement has not been completed and submitted, or for whom the advance deposit has not been received.

Information regarding financial aid awards for 2012-2013 will be sent the week of January 30, via U.S. mail; families receiving financial aid may complete their agreement and submit your advance deposit once they've received, reviewed and signed/accepted that information. If you don't receive your agreement in the mail by Friday, February 3, please contact Judy Conner at jconner@francisparker.org.

The invitation email includes a phone number that you may call for assistance in completing the online re-enrollment agreement. Please note that Parker does not have access to the Snap Code that allows you access to your student's agreement, nor are we able to assist with any technical difficulties that might arise in completing the online process, kindly contact the support staff at Info Snap at the number indicated in the email if you run into technical difficulties.

Upon completing the online re-enrollment agreement, please print out and retain a copy for your files.

Again, the deadline for completing and submitting the re-enrollment agreement and submitting the Advance Deposit is Friday, February 10, 2012. Thank you!
