Welcome to the Parker Parents Association! All Parker parents are members! This is an exciting time for Parker and the PA has lots of opportunities to get involved.
We invite you to join us for upcoming events and explore the resources below. At the Parents Association, our mission is:
- To promote fellowship within the School's community by organizing student, parent and family activities.
- To provide parent education regarding social issues that affect our students.
- To raise funds that support Parker's mission of "providing a superior college preparatory education."
- To facilitate communication between families and the School.
Message from the PA President
On behalf of the Parents Association at Francis Parker School, I congratulate you for checking out our website! We LOVE the attention!
Seriously, part of the PA mission is to assist parents in navigating the World of Parker. We do that in a number of ways. We pair up returning families as mentors to new families to help them learn the ropes. We plan all kinds of events and activities throughout the year to get folks together - from classroom parties to the Annual Parker Gala. We provide education opportunities for parents - from Google technology to parenting workshops to dealing with your teen - we cover the gambit. We send out a weekly E-newsletter, Parents@Parker which keeps you up-to-date on the weekly activities for parents.
Mainly, we do what we can to support the Parker Mission, support our kids and support YOU. If you'd like to get involved, see that big YELLOW button? Click on it. I dare you! YOLO!
