Kristie Diamond

Kristie Diamond is the outgoing Francis Parker School Parents Association President for the 2016-17 school year. She has served on the Parents Association Executive Board for 4 years and will continue to serve as an ex-officio member in the 2017-18 school year. During her PA President tenure, Kristie oversaw the School’s first million dollar gala, "Parkerpalooza," and collaborated with Parker faculty and parent leaders to create the new Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee within the PA. She currently sits on the Campaign Steering Committee of the Board of Trustees as an ex-officio member.

Kristie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science and a law degree from the University of San Diego. Before leaving the traditional workforce, she worked as an assistant legislative correspondent and speechwriter in the office of a United States Senator and also in the three strikes and serious crimes units of the San Diego County Office of the Public Defender and for the State of New Mexico Public Defenders Death Penalty Appellate Division. She has volunteered legal services to FOCAS (Friends of County Animal Shelters) and Casa Cornelia and was a guest lecturer in Animal Law at California Western School of Law. Kristie is active in the community and worked as the Director of Peninsula Soccer League and sat on the boards of the Point Loma and Ocean Beach Recreation Councils.

She and her husband, Earll Pott, an attorney with Klinedinst, PC, have four children at Parker: Henry, Class of 2018; Joseph, Class of 2021; Charlotte, Class of 2023; and Penelope, Class of 2026.
Francis Parker School is a private, independent, coeducational, college preparatory day school for students in Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12 from across San Diego County. Founded in 1912, the Lower School is located on the Mission Hills Campus with the Upper and Middle Schools on the Linda Vista Campus.
