Randy Jones

Randy received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After law school, he joined the United States Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps, retiring in 2011 with the rank of Commander after almost 30 years of service. He is currently esatablishing a white collar defense practice for the law firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo. He joined the firm in September 2015 after serving for 28 years as Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of California. He was responsible for the prosecution of federal cases involving sophisticated white-collar fraud schemes, and complex drug and immigration cases. Randy is a past president of the National Bar Association. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Randy is a member of Parker's Development Review Committee and the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.  Randy has served on Parker's Development and Strategic Initiatives and Academic Affairs Committees. He has a daughter, Arrington, Class of 2020.
Francis Parker School is a private, independent, coeducational, college preparatory day school for students in Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12 from across San Diego County.
