A 21st CENTURY EDUCATION

a century in the making

Bright, airy classrooms, low student-to-teacher ratios, and a robust curriculum full of visual and performing arts, music, language, and design offerings may seem like contemporary concepts, but Francis Parker School has been using this holistic approach to learning for more than 107 years – and is still ahead of the curve.

LOWER SCHOOL

Through a dynamic offering of specialized classes, high-tech educational resources, individual and collaborative projects, and a strong character education program, Lower School students are given the tools to experiment, explore, and grow.

MIDDLE SCHOOL

The Middle School provides a structured, caring community where small class sizes allow teachers to cultivate their individual strengths and lift them to exceed expectations. The core curriculum is enriched by a robust advisory program, as well as daily music, physical education, and art courses.

UPPER SCHOOL

Upper School students engage in a rigorous academic program that includes college-level courses such as multivariable calculus and honors engineering. An incredible offering of elective classes, as well as a wide variety of athletic teams and extra-curricular clubs, help students hone their individual passions and strengths.

I can tell you first hand that it’s not a coincidence there are so many great people at this school. Parker has a unique way of cultivating its students’ love of learning, curiosity, and knowledge while also building a profound sense of self-awareness and character, as well as a deeper awareness of the world in which they live.
