Academic Resource Center Billing Authorization Form

The Gooding Family Academic Resource Center provides multi-faceted resources for all students who want to maximize their learning experience by acquiring new tools, refining skills and developing understanding for academic success. Students in Grades 3-12 receive targeted academic support tailored to their individual needs from experienced teachers. Both in paired sessions and individual sessions are offered as fee-based services. For grades 3 through 8, services are provided after school. For grades 9 through 11, services are provided during the school day. Some individual tutoring sessions may be available after school for Upper School Students with prior arrangement of the director. Academic Resource Center teachers maintain excellent communication with classroom teachers to ensure understanding of curricular requirements and awareness of students’ progress.

During Covid Blended Programs 

The Cost Plan for Lower and Middle School: All sessions are offered as paired or individual  Online/in-person sessions. Cost is fixed at $40 per session for each 30 minute session and $60 for each 45 minute session. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Sessions need to be scheduled in advance with the student’s ARC teacher.

The Cost Plan for Upper School: All sessions are offered as paired or individual  Online/in-person sessions. Cost is fixed at $65 per 50 minute session. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Students need to sign up on line for each ARC session. 

Cancellation Policy: Please notify the ARC at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session. If your student is out ill, please email the primary ARC teacher letting them know. If you have a scheduled session, cancellation with less than a 24-hour notice could result in a fee. 

Financial Assistance: If you require additional financial assistance for ARC services, please contact Christi Cole at ccole@francisparker.org for information. Financial assistance is applicable to ARC services when a student is recommended to ARC as part of a comprehensive student support plan recommended by the divisional leadership.

Billing Process: All payments will be billed to you through the Business Office via the TADS Student Billing system. You can expect to see ARC charges included in your monthly invoice from TADS.

Please indicate your Upper School student's free block they plan on attending (Community and office hours are possible with prior permission).
Parents have an individual and joint obligation to pay all fees due under this Contract. Parents acknowledge their responsibility for paying fees for ARC services for the full trimester that the student receives services. Billing will automatically renew each trimester. The sole exception to Parents individual and joint obligation to pay all fees due under this Contract is if Parents provide Parker written notice of cancellation of this agreement by the first day of each trimester if their student will no longer receive services. All payments will be billed through the Business Office via the TADS Student Billing system. ARC charges will be included in your monthly invoice from TADS. Parents’ failure to pay any amount when due pursuant to the terms of this Contract, may, at Parker’s sole discretion, result in the suspension or dismissal of Student from Parker or denied admission to examinations and special programs. If an account is in default, Parker may accelerate the outstanding amount of fees for the entire year so that the full amount becomes immediately due and payable to the full extent permitted by law. Parents shall pay Parker any and all collection fees, attorneys’ fees, and other costs and expenses, Parker incurs in the collection of any fees Parents owe Parker under this Contract.
