Incoming Student Photo Request
To help our faculty prepare to welcome your student to campus in the fall, we would like to have a recent headshot of your student. Please use this photo submission form to upload a picture of your student by Monday, July 12. This photo will only be accessible by faculty and staff.
We ask you to follow the guidelines below:

- Only include your student in the photo.
- Have the student wear a solid colored shirt.
- Take the photo from a close distance and include only the head and shoulders.
- Select a plain background.
