To join our mailing list, register for admissions events, and access the online admissions application, please submit an inquiry and create an account in Ravenna.
Apply
Log in to Ravenna to submit your Applicant Information Form and submit the non-refundable application fee (or applicable fee waiver).
Complete Parent Statement
Help us get to know your student and family by completing the Parent Statement in Ravenna.
Schedule Parent Interview
Register for a parent interview through Ravenna.
Your student's entire file does not need to be complete prior to interviewing. However, we strongly encourage you to submit your Parent Statement at least 48 hours before your interview.
Request supporting documents
Junior Kindergarten, Senior Kindergarten and Grade 1
All applicants must submit all available relevant records (e.g., report cards, skills assessments, developmental assessments, and parent conference notes), and current teacher and administrator recommendation forms. The applicant family provides the name and email addresses for the teacher and administrator in Ravenna, and the recommendation forms are emailed directly to them and collected online.
If your student was not previously enrolled in school or daycare, please speak with the Admissions Office about waiving the requirement in the Ravenna portal.
Grade 2, Grade 3 and Grade 4
All applicants must submit all available report cards, any standardized testing results, along with a current teacher recommendation form and administrator recommendation form. The applicant family provides the name and email addresses for the teacher and administrator in Ravenna, and the recommendation forms are emailed directly to them and collected online.
Grade 5
All applicants must submit all available report cards, any standardized testing results, along with current administrator and current teacher (English and mathematics) recommendation forms. If both subjects are taught by one person, that teacher must complete both recommendation forms. The applicant family provides the name and email addresses for the teacher(s) and administrator in Ravenna, and the recommendation forms are emailed directly to them and collected online.
Optional Letters of Recommendation (all grades)
Parker will accept additional recommendations from any individual (e.g., coach, arts instructor, etc.) who has worked with your child and can attest to their interests, abilities, and achievements. A supplemental letter form is available to be delegated through Ravenna.
Birth Certificate
If your child is admitted to Parker, you will be required to submit their birth certificate to enroll.
Register for Admissions Assessment
Junior Kindergarten, Senior Kindergarten and Grade 1
Applicants will meet with members of Parker's faculty to complete a developmental assessment to assess your student's language, cognitive and motor skills. No preparation is required. Register in Ravenna.
Grade 2, Grade 3 and Grade 4
Applicants must complete the Independent School Entrance Examination (ISEE). Advance registration is required. This specific exam will not be administered at Parker this year.
During registration, please enter Parker's school code (570790), and the scores will be shared with us electronically when available. Scores will be considered on time if the student completes the test no later than February 5, 2024.

Grade 5
Applicants must complete the Independent School Entrance Examination (ISEE). Students may take the assessment anywhere it is offered, not just Parker. Advance registration is required.
During registration, please enter Parker's school code (052843), and the scores will be shared with us electronically when available. Scores will be considered on time if the student completes the test no later than February 5, 2024.

Register for Applicant Visit Day (Grades 2-5)
As a required part of the application process, we are excited to invite Lower School Grade 2-5 applicants to experience a "day in the life" as a Parker student and complete admissions testing. Visitors will attend the morning sessions and depart before lunch.
Submit a financial assistance application (if applicable)
The deadline for prospective students to complete the financial assistance application is February 1, 2024.
