Complete Parent Statement and Schedule Family Interview

Help us get to know your student by responding to the questions on the Parent Statement.

For applicants to Junior Kindergarten and Senior Kindergarten, register for a family interview through Ravenna after submitting your Parent Statement responses.

For applicants to Grades 1 through 5, interviews are by invitation and based on projected space availability for the upcoming school year. Families will be contacted for interviews in January 2022.

Request Supporting Documents

The applicant family provides the name and email addresses for the teacher and administrator in Ravenna, and the recommendation forms are emailed directly to them and collected online.

If your student was not previously enrolled in school or daycare, please speak with the Admissions Office about waiving the requirement in the Ravenna portal.

Grade 5
All applicants are required to submit a birth certificate, all available report cards, any standardized testing results, along with current administrator and current teacher (English and mathematics) recommendation forms. If both subjects are taught by one person, that teacher must complete both recommendation forms. Optional Letters of Recommendation (all grades)
Parker will accept additional recommendations from any individual (e.g., coach, arts instructor, etc.) who has worked with your child and can attest to their interests, abilities, and achievements.

Additional recommendations should be emailed to the Admissions Director for the division to which your child is applying. Unlike the required recommendations found in Ravenna, there is no specific form for the optional recommendations. We simply request that the letter is as detailed as possible.

Register for Admissions Assessment

Junior Kindergarten, Senior Kindergarten and Grade 1
Applicants will meet with members of Parker's faculty to complete a developmental assessment to assess your student's language, cognitive and motor skills. No preparation is required. Register in Ravenna.
