As you can see, there are many ways for you to be involved and support our Upper School community. While most activities are student planned and coordinated, we can facilitate our students’ efforts by providing an extra hand or simply being there to recognize their efforts when they have worked so hard.
As a reminder, two important sources for information on additional Parker events are available to you. A weekly e-newsletter for parents is published every Sunday during the school year. The newsletter offers a wealth of information on Upper School activities and we strongly recommend that you read this each week for grade specific events and updates.
The Parker website, www.francisparker.org, is the main source of information for all Parker families. The website features the School calendar, DynaCal, which provides details on all School events including sports. In addition, volunteer opportunities can be found under the Parents’ Association tab. Please take a moment to visit the site and discover how it can help you with your Parker student’s experience and how you can participate in the life of the Parker community.
Future communications from us to you will be via email, using the address provided to the School for the directory. If you have additional email addresses, please send them our way. Please add our email addresses to your “safe” address list.
The student representatives for the Junior Class are Jake Glasser and Katie Kreitzer.
We both look forward to meeting you and working together throughout the year ahead!
