Diversity & Inclusion

Parker has a deep commitment to building a School community that is truly global in perspective, diverse in composition and reflective of our world. Our goal is to be one community where all members feel valued, included and respected.

At Parker, we know our learning environment is enhanced by the different stories, backgrounds and experiences of each member of our School community. We are one community composed of many families representing a broad range of viewpoints, cultures and backgrounds. We all learn from each other.

We treasure the diversity of our vibrant student body that draws students from 91 zip codes across San Diego County. In August 2015, Parker underscored our commitment to enhancing diversity, inclusion and multiculturalism in every aspect of School life by hiring Christen Tedrow-Harrison as the full time Director of Diversity and Inclusion.
