Diana Casey is the President of Danube Properties, Inc. She is responsible for managing all of the legal issues that arise in the life cycle of a diversified real estate corporation. Among other things, Diana negotiates and documents real estate purchases for the company, handles the legal issues associated with the permitting and construction of new projects, and manages dispute resolution and risk management. Prior to joining Danube Properties, Diana was a partner at in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins, LLP, a global law firm.
Diana received her bachelors’ degree from Wesleyan University and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law. She is an active member of the San Diego Women’s Chorus and serves on the Chorus’ fundraising committee. At Francis Parker School, Diana is a member of the Audit Committee and Campaign Steering Committee. Diana and her husband, Kevin, have an older daughter Courtney, Class of 2024, and twins, John and Hannah, Class of 2029.
