Susan (Pruckner) Davey was born in San Diego and graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She began her professional career as a broadcast media buyer at Wells, Rich, Greene advertising agency in Los Angeles. Four years later, she returned to San Diego to work for AT&T (subsequently Pacific Bell/SBC). During her tenure, Susan was responsible for a variety of advertising and marketing initiatives, including the 1996 Republican National Convention in San Diego, and was ultimately in charge of negotiating sports sponsorships for the corporation.
In 2000, she left the business to be a full-time wife and mother to husband Blair and their son Jack, a Parker lifer, currently in the 9th grade. As a community volunteer, Susan has been involved with numerous nonprofit agencies such as LEAD San Diego and the Junior League of San Diego (to which she still belongs as a sustaining member and Past President of their Board of Directors).
Her Parker involvement includes Room Parent, Lower School Halloween Carnival Co-Chair, 2012 Parker Gala Chair and served as a member of the Centennial Steering Committee and Chair of the Hosted Dinners event. She served as the President of the Parker Parents Association Board of Directors 2012-2014, and served as a member of the Finance Committee. Susan currently serves as a member of Parker's Board Governance Committee and the Communications Committee.
