Library Program

The library program includes weekly visits to the Considine Library on campus. The goal is to foster an appreciation for literature and encourage a love of reading.

Students are exposed to various authors and genres from a variety of cultures and perspectives through book talks and story times.

During regular school hours, each class visits the library at least once a six-day rotation for book selection and instruction.

At other times during the school day, the librarian assists students in researching information for projects and reports through books, journals and electronic media.

The Library is open each day from 7:45 am to 8:15 am and again from 3 pm until 5 pm. for quiet study, research, reading, tutoring and book selection.
