Julie Jester '10

Julie Jester '10 graduated from the California Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in June 2014.  She now works as a Radar Electronics Engineer at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, CA.  Julie is working on an Earth satellite that will precisely measure the height of the ocean for use in climatology research.  Additionally, Julie has been selected to design electronics that will fly on a new mission to explore Jupiter's moon Europa and search for the existence of a subsurface ocean that may support extraterrestrial life. 
Francis Parker School is a private, independent, coeducational, college preparatory day school for students in Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12 from across San Diego County. Founded in 1912, the Lower School is located on the Mission Hills Campus with the Upper and Middle Schools on the Linda Vista Campus.
