Parker D.A.D.S. (Dads And Dad Surrogates) was created to help foster communication, fellowship and camaraderie among D.A.D.S. in the Parker community, and is one of the most popular groups on campus. D.A.D.S. meetings are typically scheduled on the third Thursday of the month, October through May, and include speakers on various child-related topics and overall leadership and community issues. In addition to some great speakers and conversation, D.A.D.S. meetings have also become famous for great food such as great BBQ by our very Parker staff member, Shorty.
Parker D.A.D.S. has played an important role in the recruitment of new families to Parker. We welcome any dad who is considering Parker for their children to attend our meetings in order to receicve more information about Parker and our community. Another highlight of Parker D.A.D.S. is being involved in school-related causes, including the Young Alumni Networking event.
The D.A.D.S. Steering Committee is always looking for help. If you would like to participate , contribute ideas for event topics, or want more information regarding Parker D.A.D.S., please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please view the Parent Calendar for our meeting schedule. Specific details of each meeting will be emailed approximately two weeks prior to the event date. Meetings are usually held at 6:30 pm.
All D.A.D.S. (Dads and Dad Surrogates) are welcome to attend any meeting. We also welcome grandparents and DADS of prospective Parker families considering Parker as a school for their children. Feel free to invite anyone who could benefit from being exposed to our little piece of the Parker community.
