FIRST® Lego League

FIRST® LEGO League engages elementary schoolers in STEM using LEGO robots, Word Block coding, and Python coding, while teaching them vital teamwork skills. Each year, teams are challenged to build and code a robot for a themed game, along with developing a presentation and prototype of an original invention for the Innovation Project, which aims to get students thinking about solutions for real-world problems. During the fall season, teams work on their robots and projects, and from November to May, competitions and festivals are held so that students can showcase their work.

Our lower school's FLL teams (#7771, #9056, #7775, #46211, and #73429) are also mentored by Overclocked, allowing students to get a look into future robotics pursuits!
