Tuition

At Parker, we understand the deep significance in choosing a school for your child. That’s why we’re committed to providing every student with the attention, opportunities, and resources that will propel them towards a fulfilling and successful future. 

A Parker education includes:

  • Instruction from the highest-quality faculty; 86 members of our faculty have advanced degrees, and the average teaching experience for our faculty is 16 years.
  • Individual attention for each student: Our average class size is 16 students; additional support staff like grade-level deans, advisors, psychologists, and college counselors all ensure that students are setup to thrive.
  • Programming that enhances the core curriculum: A multitude of arts and elective courses, dozens of clubs and athletic offerings, and global trips.
  • Beautiful, modern facilities: naturally-lit classrooms, high-tech design labs, art workshops, new athletic fields, playgrounds, and student spaces.
  • A strong emphasis on character education that includes a robust community engagement program from Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12.

Tuition and Fees: Academic Year 2021-2022

* Returning Students make an initial deposit in January or early February that applies to the upcoming school year’s tuition.
** New Students pay a “One-Time New Student Fee” in March, in addition to paying the initial deposit that applies to the upcoming year’s tuition.
*** Seniors Only pay $300 for a Student Activities Fee.

Tuition Includes:

  • Lunch (Junior Kindergarten – Grade 12)
  • Camp charges (Grade 6 – 7)
  • Yearbooks (Junior Kindergarten – Grade 12)
  • Parents Association dues

Fees and Charges:

Additional expenses may be incurred during the school year. The following is a list of estimated expenses that parents should budget for their child. Please note that this list is not a complete list of all fees or additional expenses.

Junior Kindergarten – Grade 5
All required learning materials: provided by the school. School Uniforms: approximately $400 per child
 
Grades 6 – 8
  • Books: $400-$500/per child
  • Physical Education Uniform: $35 per child
  • School Uniforms: approximately $500 per child
  • 8th Grade Discovery Week: Varies
 
Grades 9 – 12
  • Books: $400-$600/per child
  • School Uniforms: approximately $500 per child
  • Interim Week Activities: Varies
  • Senior and Graduation Activities: Varies

Transportation (Round Trip & One Way Schedules)

Francis Parker School endeavors to provide bus transportation to neighborhoods of families requesting it, depending upon the geographical location of the student’s residence and the availability of space. All bus routes are assigned by the School. The fees for the service are predetermined by route by the School’s Transportation Department.

2021-22 Pricing:
$1,500 – 1 Student
$2,400 – 1 Family

Payment Plans

Francis Parker School offers the following payment options for parents. The tuition balance is due by June 25, 2021 unless you elect to participate in one of the installment payment plan options offered by Parker. Parker offers the installment payment plan options for tuition and transportation services listed below. Charges for the Parker Learning Center and other incidental fees or expenses may not be included under an installment payment plan. These charges are due and payable upon presentation.

Families who receive financial assistance from Francis Parker School are not subject to the below finance charges.

Twelve Installments:

You may opt for pre-authorization to automatically withdraw the balance owed in 12 equal monthly installments via ACH (Automated Clearing House) or credit card payment. You may also mail check payments directly to TADS for the twelve installments. The first installment will be deducted on June 25, 2021 and in each successive month thereafter until the balance is paid in full (the last installment will be deducted on May 25, 2022). A flat fee of $400 ($33.33 per month) will be added to the balance owed as a finance charge. In the event you do not make a payment when due, Parker reserves the right to impose a late fee.

Two Installments:

You may opt for pre-authorization to automatically withdraw the balance owed in two equal installments via ACH (Automated Clearing House) or credit card payment. You may also mail check payments directly to TADS for the two installments. One-half of the balance will be deducted on June 25, 2021. The remaining half of the balance will be deducted on December 25, 2021. A flat fee of $200 ($100 on June 25, 2021 and $100 on December 25, 2021) will be added to the balance owed as a finance charge. In the event you do not make a payment when due, Parker reserves the right to impose a late fee.
