Your application for placement on one of our 2019-2020 Global Studies Programs does not guarantee your placement on the roster. When the application period closes on Friday, Sept. 27 students will be placed on a program of their choice based on our placement protocol. You will receive notification of your placement status by email by Wednesday, Oct. 2. At that time, you will be asked to confirm via return email your spot on the roster by Friday, Oct. 4 at 5 pm. NOTE: Parents and students are required to attend the information session on Sunday, Oct. 6, 2019 from 1 to 3 pm where risk, safety, health, and travel protocols will be discussed. Once your placement on the trip is confirmed, the Business Office will be instructed to bill you for the full cost of your program through your TADS account, which includes a $500 non-refundable deposit. At that time, program leaders will begin making reservations and deposits with our vendors and coordinators. If a student withdraws from a program after this point, the family will be responsible for any non-recoverable costs associated with their withdrawal. Tuition accounts with Francis Parker must be current and paid in full by Jan. 13, 2020 in order for students to participate in a Global Studies Program.
