Upper School

Welcome to the Upper School

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the Upper School community.
The Parker program—in the classroom, on the stage and upon the field of play—reflects a commitment to excellence.
In the Upper School, we provide a strong academic foundation. Our students certainly learn academic content but equally important students learn how to think and wrestle with ideas. We stoke their creativity by encouraging each student to embark on intellectual adventures that inspire them to find their strengths and their voices.
Complementing our rigorous academics are truly remarkable and robust arts and athletic programs. Students are appropriately challenged and supported as they develop their talents, build confidence and meet evolving goals.
Academic, athletic and artistic achievements are augmented by our pledge to develop kind and active global citizens. Parker’s genuine commitment to community engagement and inclusion are pillars of our educational program. We challenge our students to act with purpose and thoughtfulness so they can make a meaningful difference in the world. Our students grow into future leaders of San Diego and the world community.
We invite you to request a tour to better explore the Parker experience.
